At Bluebonnet Chic Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any flaws or damages, contact us immediately by email at Bluebonnetchictx@gmail.com or by text at 432-530-5180.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for store credit on eligible items that meet the following criteria:
- Postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date
- In new, unworn condition
- Have original tags attached
- Are free of odors, perfumes, pet hair, and signs of wear
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
REFUNDS
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit only.
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.
EXCHANGES
Due to our high inventory turnover, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend using your store credit to place a new order.
